The melody to this beautiful song was obviously written a long time ago by "The
Beatles." My good friend and producer, Gary Leach, wrote these Christian lyrics
when he was just 19 years old. Pretty talented, huh?! One day we were just
messing around with the guitar and he sang this incredible version for me. When
he sang it, I knew that it had to be on the album because it totally described
where I had come from. Gary said he'd never done anything with it before because
he'd been waiting for the right project (to lend his talent to)!!! I still don't
know how we got permission to use the melody, but I feel like God had a hand in
this, and that Gary wrote these words for me...all those years ago. Amazing how
He works.
